Reload/Refresh
Access problems are frequently caused by Web browsers storing
files in memory, or "cache," and not always retrieving the most current version
of a page. Try reloading/refreshing the page to clear up any memory problems using the
following instructions.

able to get in fine now. If not, try Clearing Your Cache and then

at the top of your screen, then select "About
").

E-mail address/Password Trouble
e-mail addresss and Passwords can only be registered in lowercase
letters. If you used any uppercase letters in your e-mail address or password when you
registered, our system has converted them to lowercase. Return to the sign-on screen and
try re-entering your e-mail address and password in lowercase letters.
In addition, our system deletes any invalid characters in email addresses, such as
colons, semicolons, commas or spaces. Try re-entering your e-mail address, replacing any commas
with periods, and any spaces with either underscores (_) or periods. For example, if you
registered your e-mail address as john,doe@doe.com you would enter john.doe@doe.com instead.
Likewise, if you registered as john doe@doe.com you would enter john_doe@doe.com or
john.doe@doe.com (please try both)
