Aditi Javeri Gokhale
Aditi Javeri Gokhale holds executive accountabilities for Northwestern Mutual’s strategy to drive growth, competitiveness and relevance. In addition, she leads teams that oversee more than $540 billion in company and client assets, including over $325 billion in the institutional investment portfolio and $215 billion in retail client assets. She is also accountable for NM Future Ventures (the company’s venture investing arm) along with digital disruptor, Wyshbox.
Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Gokhale held executive roles at Nutrisystem, Travelocity, American Express and Shutterstock – with responsibilities including brand building, client acquisition, digital platform development, data/analytics and P&L results.
A passionate advocate for health, wealth and education, Gokhale is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council; a board member of Froedtert Health, the largest Wisconsin-based integrated health care system; and a member of Milken Institute’s Executive Circle.
Gokhale is a sought-after speaker and is frequently quoted in publications such as Business Insider, Forbes, U.S. World & News Report, Barron’s and The Wall Street Journal.
Gokhale received her MBA in management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She also received her bachelor of science degree from MIT, majoring in management science and minoring in economics.
