Ballard has passed the Series 65 securities exam, holds life and health licenses and has received his CFP® designation from the University of Denver. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Eckerd College.
Ballard lives in Minneola, Fla., with his wife of more than 30 years, their daughters and their Labrador retrievers. In his free time, he enjoys watching his daughters play sports, going on family outings, riding road bikes, fishing, boating and vacationing with his wife.
