Jennifer Bruckman is deputy legal officer for Foundation Source, the nation’s largest provider of management solutions for private foundations. In this role she provides compliance guidance to the firm’s foundation clients regarding their grantmaking, programmatic and investment activities. She also advises the firm’s attorneys and accountants in their provision of compliance and tax-reporting services to clients.
Ms. Bruckman has co-authored articles for Foundation Source that have appeared in publications such as Trust & Estates magazine. She also enjoys training and mentoring the firm’s junior attorneys and legal support staff.
Ms. Bruckman is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She is also a summa cum laude graduate of St. John’s University, where she was a member of the Executive-in-Residence Program, an exclusive honors program of the university’s Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
