John focuses his practice primarily on probate litigation. He provides legal representation in civil litigation, probate of estates, family law and real estate matters. He works closely with individuals, families and institutions to resolve issues and, when litigation is necessary, to implement efficient and effective strategies.
Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell in October 2024, John had been employed with Daniel Walsh & Associates, P.C. in Plymouth, Mass., since 2018 and the Law Office of James W. Rosseel in Worcester, Mass., where he assisted with appealing capital homicide convictions.
While in law school, John was an SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney with the Suffolk Defenders Clinic. Before attending law school, John was an EMT/paramedic for 10 years.
