Much like a dating app, Willow provides a free concierge matching service to individuals, connecting them with an Advisor for Women™ or Advisor for NextGen™ who they can connect with on a personal level.
Lacy was in her mid-30s when her life changed unexpectedly, and she needed financial guidance but initially couldn’t find the right trusted advisor. The lack of personal connection she felt inspired this single mother, passionate about advocating for women's financial independence and stability, to create a platform to connect women with personalized and trusted financial advice.
A former financial advisor and financial services marketer, she served as Vice President, Head of Marketing & Communications and a Relationship Manager at Deltec Bank and Vice President at Weber Shandwick, leading the local market campaign for Bank of America post the 2008 financial crisis.
Lacy has appeared on the Today show and Cheddar News and has been quoted in The Washington Post, InvestmentNews and numerous other media outlets. In 2023, Lacy was named a Top Hispanic Industry leader by The Wealth Solutions Report.
