Thomas Farmer is a partner and wealth adviser at McGill Advisors. Thomas graduated from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tenn., with a bachelor’s degree in English and a concentration in economics. Prior to joining McGill Advisors in 2016, Thomas worked for a wealth management group at a national brokerage firm for over nine years. He obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2011, the Certified 401(k) Professional designation in 2014 and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Thomas is originally from Atlanta and has lived in Charlotte, N.C., since 2006. Thomas and his wife, Erin, have two children. Thomas enjoys golfing, fly fishing and traveling with friends and family.
