Tiffani Potesta
As Chief Strategy Officer for North America and Head of the US Client Group for Schroders, global asset manager with $923.1B in assets under management, Tiffani’s role involves ensuring alignment of the firm’s key divisions and strategic offerings. As Head of the US Client Group, a dedicated team of 80-plus professionals across sales, business development, product, marketing and client experience, Tiffani’s position is crucial to the growth and development of Schroders’ North American business capabilities and clientele.
Over her 11-year tenure at Schroders, Tiffani has climbed the ranks and held many leadership roles and responsibilities, all focused on growing the firm’s North American business. Prior to being appointed CSO, Tiffani was Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Distribution Strategy at Schroders, overseeing product development, marketing and data.
Formerly, Tiffani oversaw the Alternatives Sales Unit (ASU), which was formed in 2017 as Schroders bolstered its private markets investments businesses globally to include private equity and private debt/loans offerings. Tiffani managed the ASU team as part of her Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) remit, and in 2018 led the entire firm’s gross sales within private markets strategies.
