After working several years at one of the top professional services firms in Florida, Keith recognized an opportunity to streamline the sales experience for legal professionals by tapping the power of artificial intelligence. In 2023, he launched Propense.ai, a SaaS platform using AI technology to anticipate client needs and streamline the sales experience for legal professionals by providing them with highly probable cross-selling recommendations.
In addition to launching Propense.ai, Keith has worked with some of the top legal, financial and professional services firms in the world, teaching firm leaders and business development staff how to refine the technology adoption process and enhance business performance. Additionally, in his tenure at a high-growth start-up, he led his division in the acquisition of 70% of the consulting and accounting market.
